Simple, Garlic Hummus Dip
Simple hummus recipe made with hummus, garlic spread, lemon juice, and cumin. Easily paired with fresh veggies, pita chips, or alone.
Garbanzo Beans / Chickpeas
drain but save liquid from can

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Add garbanzo beans, liquid from the can, garlic spread or tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and cumin to a food processor or blender.
Process the mixture for about 5 to 7 minutes, be sure to stop within the time frame to mix thoroughly and scape the sides of the bowl. Add more liquid if needed.
Plate hummus spread in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
